Learn more about this nation’s history, life, and people through our Can You Find Mapman®? contest. Answer the questions, figure out the final destination, and draw a map of that country.

PrizeThe grand-prize entry will earn $250. (The teacher will win $250 too.) Twenty-five runnerup entries will each earn a Mapman® shirt.

Raise Awareness Poster Contest
Help raise awareness about the educational challenges Mali’s young people face. Create a poster or flyer that informs people and suggests a way they can help, such as by supporting Unicef or another charitable organization.

Junior Scholastic is packed with contests to get your students excited about writing and research. And they can win awesome prizes! On this page find information about our current contests, including entry forms and deadlines.
At this time we are only accepting entries to the monthly contests by email.
Entries to the Eyewitness to History and Can You Find Mapman? contests must be written by a student in grades 4-10. Entries to the monthly contests must be written by a student in grades 4-12. All entries must be submitted by a teacher, parent, or legal guardian of the student. Entries submitted by someone under 18 will be deleted and disqualified.
